Select items for purchase
You have the option to select any of our products for purchase at one time. If you change your mind about an item you have selected, you can remove the item from the View Cart page before you check out.

When you select Place Order, any item that appears on the View Cart page at that time is charged to your credit card and will be shipped to the address you have listed and with the method you have chosen.

Payment
Orders must be charged to a major credit card. We fulfill orders charged to valid American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa accounts. Be sure to enter your card number, expiration date accurately. Review this information carefully when your completed order is displayed before submitting it.

Shipping Terms
We only ship to the USA. When you order a product you may choose from the following shipping methods:

Standard Delivery (normally 3 to 5 business days)
Express Delivery
(normally 2-3 business days)
Next Day Delivery
(normally 1 business day)

All shipping dates are estimates only and are for the time-to-deliver purchased. Alternate shipping services may be used at our discretion and no refunds or credits will be offered if we choose to use an alternate shipping service company. If you must have your product by a certain date, you must call or email to confirm that the order will ship out on time. Pre-orders (placed in advance of product release date) will be sent via standard shipping as soon as products become available. Please refer to individual product information pages for expected availability.

"Next Day" and "2nd Day" orders placed Mon-Fri AFTER 2:00PM EST will ship the following business day. All other orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, except for Shabbat and Jewish holidays.

Order Status
To check the status of a prior order, review your Order Status page, under Your Account. (Note: Please allow up to 24 hours for our system to be updated with recent orders.)

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, except for open CD's and videos. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return them for a full refund (excludes shipping and handling.)
